Fisheez welcomes a wide range of goods and services on the platform. Some categories are restricted or prohibited to protect users, comply with law, and maintain marketplace integrity.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings and services comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as Fisheez policies and the Terms of Service.
Fisheez may review, restrict, or remove any listing that appears unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise in violation of policy, but assumes no duty to monitor all activity or guarantee listing accuracy.
By using the platform, users agree that enforcement and dispute outcomes are handled at Fisheez’s discretion or through the Peacemaker System (§7).
Enforcement principles for every category below are governed by the Fisheez Universal Enforcement Policy (§15), which establishes moderation authority, live-event procedures, and safe-harbor limitations.
